Q: Is there a charge for upgrades to the programs?
For clients who join the ARMS Club, program upgrades are free, otherwise upgrade charges apply.

Q: How often are upgrades for your programs released?
Program enhancements are released frequently and can be simply updated by clients via ARMS’ automated update system.

Q: How would I receive the upgrades?
Program updates can be downloaded and installed through the use of our live Internet update facility called ARMS GlobalNet.

Q: If I have ideas of improvements to the ARMS programs can it be added in?
The ARMS suite of programs has developed over the last three decades due to input from both our clients and our expert management consultants. All suggestions received from clients for improvements are considered and, if suitable, assimilated into future program enhancements.
