Stocktake is the least-loved task in any retail store. While it is necessary to monitor your largest investment, a manual stocktake comes at the cost of non-productive time, often at over-time rates. Simple to use
Simply load your stock file onto your PDA, enter the stock number or scan the barcode on the ticket using the PDA, then connect to your computer to transfer the stocktake results. Print a report showing unders and overs, double check for the missing stock, add found stock then tell the computer to update Supergem stock file to show what your actual stock is. Easy!

Versatile
You can stocktake a department, range of departments, all stock, or even a range of departments over a number of stores. You can use a hand-held data collecting device or use a notebook computer to move around the store, or you can manually check off stock sheets and then enter this into the office computer.

Fast
A time consuming manual stocktake is a two step task. First you must list each item found on the shelf, then as if this is not time consuming enough, you have to spend hours checking what you found against Supergem and adjusting each item not found. Now with ARMS Stocktake, you can halve the time spent listing the stock and virtually eliminate the time comparing the shelf count to the computer count.
