William Sites, CGA, owner and President of Sites Jewelers in Clarksville, TN is the 2010 recipient of the American Gem Society's Robert M. Mark Moeller, owner of R. F. Moeller Jewelers in St Paul, Minnesota, was awarded the Robert M.
